Yamamoto x Haru: My Guardian

First off I want to smack Haru with the phrase: Why settle for tuna fish when you can get sushi?
Title spawned from scene from Ch. 143 ..teeny tiny 8086 moment. ^^

time: about 20 hours total
references: pose (pic of friends on FB), baseball, characters' hair styles, sword, Vongola ring

So, when looking around devart, this seems to be the most basic form of CG. Two colors, base and lighting. I thought it was appropriate because it's a pretty light hearted picture, and I like the contrasting colors. I used a lot of gradient with my 2nd CG, but not as much here...mostly because I'm really tired... (sorry!) But I tried really hard to make an interesting background! the target? hehe ok..
Well I ended up with a really large blank white space in the corner..and I wanted to fill it with YAMAHARU. or 8086. Or some cheesy line from a song or something...but I'm experiencing brain fart..yeah. Ideas are welcome. But I had a lot of fun coloring this. hey..3rd time CGing! I definitely feel improvement sort of..

edit: Oh!! I also wanted to mention...Haru is most definitely wearing Yamamoto's baseball jersey! (sorry exuse the fangirl eruption!)
